In the Renaissance Church of Santa Giulia, in the heart of the historic city centre, a Conference Room has been fitted out for gatherings, meetings and conferences.

Thanks to the evocative setting, in the large central nave, the Conference Room allows for high quality hospitality in prestigious surroundings. The unique setting is further enhanced by the proximity of the superb Coro delle monache, the choir frescoed by Ferramola and Paolo da Caylina, which can be easily seen from the stalls in a play of cracks and perspectives.

On request, the Conference Room can be adapted to individual needs, with the addition of extra equipment.

Services and Equipment

The Conference Room is equipped with a speaker's table fixed on a platform, which is not removable, with 6 speaker's stations. It is also air-conditioned, equipped with audio and video systems and an internet connection.

  • Electric front projection screen, 500x400cm, with up-and-down remote control
  • UXGA (compressed), XGA (real) projectors, 10000 ANSI LUMENS, with telephoto zoom lens
  • Remote VGA sockets at the speakers' table for PC connection
  • ICONYX high-directivity digital speaker optimised for the Room's acoustics
  • Standard audio cassette player/recorder, CD/DVD
  • Digital audio recording system on DVD
  • Audio, video and lighting control from the control desk in the Conference Room

Additional instruments can be rented from the service provider responsible for the Conference Room equipment. To use the equipment, an external service commissioned by the Foundation must be employed (cost to be calculated on an individual basis). For very simple uses of the equipment, it is possible to enlist the in-house technician. The assessment of one or the other request is at the Foundation's complete discretion after checking the requirements of the event. Both services are to be priced individually, in addition to the cost of renting the space.
